Where is Self Storage on the Levee?
We are located at 1 Upper Falls Road in Biddeford, ME. Our storage office is located at the front of the building near Elm St. The self-storage facility is located at the end of the building through the parking lot on the right of Upper Falls Road. Look for the glass sliding entry and garage door loading zone.
What are your hours?
If you need to access your storage unit, our access hours are 7AM-9PM, every day. If you need to speak with someone from our onsite team, our office hours are 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.
What type of units are available?
All units at Self Storage on the Levee are secure and climate-controlled. Some units vary between ground level and upper level and include a roll-up door or a swing door. Please let our team know if you have a preference when selecting your unit!
What unit sizes are available and how do I select the right one?
Self Storage on the Levee offers a wide range of sizes, ranging from 5’x4’ to10’x19’. To best assist you in selecting the right size for your storage needs, our website provides an interactive size guide. Add the type and quantity of each item you intend to store, and the size guide calculator will suggest a preferred size. Please note that not all size suggestions directly correspond to available unit sizes, but instead provide a suggested size range to help narrow down your search. What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
Required documentation includes a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What type of rental agreements do you offer?
Self Storage on the Levee offers a variety of rental storage agreements, including flexible month-to-month plans as well as longer-term options (6-12+ months) with discounted prices. We are currently offering 50% off your first 3 months with a 6-month plan!
How soon after renting a unit can I move items in?
After selecting a storage unit that fits your needs, you can move in shortly after registration! If you completed your registration online, you will be contacted to schedule an in-person appointment to complete the rental process and receive your security code for your new storage unit. If you completed your registration in-person, a member of our team will complete the rental process with you that day if done during our office hours (M-F, 8AM-4:30PM).
Do I need to bring a lock?
Yes, please be sure to bring your own padlock to use for your storage unit. Our onsite team also sells padlocks at our storage office if needed.
How can I pay my bill?
Self Storage on the Levee features a convenient, online portal to pay your storage bill online using either a debit or credit card! Autopay is also available and can be set up through the portal or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Prohibited items include perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, liquids, vehicles or motorcycles. Please feel free to contact our team at (207) 815‑2717 with any questions.
What do I need when moving out of my unit?
Please notify our office in writing when you move out of your storage unit. During move out, please clear your unit of all belongings, remove your lock, and leave the unit broom cleaned. Your items cannot be left behind or discarded on the property. Thank you for storing with us!
